Product Introduction

The control box is installed on the drill floor and can remotely control the hydraulic throttle valve on the manifold. The control box panel is equipped with a vertical pressure gauge, sleeve pressure gauge, valve position opening gauge, oil pressure gauge, air pressure gauge, and a three-position four-way directional valve. The air source of the control box comes from the drilling rig's air control system, and the oil pressure gauge displays the system's oil pressure value. The opening and closing of the hydraulic throttle valve can be remotely controlled through a three position four way valve. The valve position opening gauge displays the opening of the valve position, thereby controlling the reduction, increase, and stability of the closing sleeve pressure and vertical pressure. The vertical pressure gauge displays the shut-in riser pressure and the casing pressure gauge displays the shut-in casing pressure. The pneumatic valve position transmitter is installed at the end of the hydraulic throttle valve cylinder. The input air pressure is 0.35MPa, and the output air pressure returns to the valve position display on the control box to display the degree of valve opening.
