Cr20Ni35 contains 20% Cr and 80% Ni, which has excellent comprehensive performance. High-quality heating element will choose Cr20Ni35, which has the advantages of good oxygen resistance, high strength, non-magnetic, high emissivity, good corrosion resistance, no softening, no deformation, low permanent elongation. It is mainly used for periodic heat treatment furnace with working temperature below 1000℃, such as carburizing furnace, hood furnace, ammonia decomposition furnace, and also used for metallurgy, household appliances, machinery manufacturing and etc advanced heating components, which is as advanced resistance materials in the electrical industry. It is suitable for resistance tape in high quality resistance boxes. It also can be used as high quality heat resistant steel structural parts, such as high temperature resistant mesh belt, burning frame and etc.
