Load 630kg Fanuc high-speed robot for material Pick And Place.Repeatability:0.03mm
Pick and Place
The use of collaborative robots for picking and placing tasks is a
good starting point for reducing workers' repetitive work. Picking
and placing tasks involve picking workpieces and placing them in
another location. This operation can be used in actual production
to pick items from pallets or conveyor belts for packaging or
sorting. Collaborative robots mainly use fixtures to pick and place
parts. To sort parts from the conveyor belt, a visual system needs
to be additionally configured.
Packaging and stacking
Collaborative robots are also suitable for palletizing and product
packaging work. The final step on the factory production line is
packaging, including packing and loading, as well as transporting
the packaged products onto designated pallets. Usually, these tasks
have highly repetitive surnames, and collaborative robots are very
suitable to replace manual labor for these small workload tasks.
Rapid product conversion is the key to the business of high-yield
and low-yield mixed batch production companies. This application
requires the use of conveyor belt tracking to synchronize robot and
conveyor belt movements.
Programming is simple and intuitive
Processing operations are any process that requires the use of
tools to manipulate the workpiece. Collaborative robots are
typically used for handling, distributing, and welding parts. These
machining tasks can be repeated using tools to complete fixed
paths. If arranging new employees to complete such work requires a
significant investment of time in training, collaborative robots
can replicate it to other robots by completing programming on one
robot.
Traditional welding robot systems typically require operators to
have a good understanding of robot programming and welding.
However, the main advantage of collaborative robot systems is that
their programming is relatively simple, which can be easily
achieved through position and direction recording or traditional
CAD programming, simplifying programming steps, and allowing
workers with only welding experience to program collaborative
robots. The use of the Polyscope interface can help maintain a
stable TCP speed, ensuring that the robot can feed at a constant
speed.
Finished product quality inspection
Collaborative robots can detect the quality of various parts. This
process typically includes a comprehensive inspection of finished
parts, high-resolution photo inspection of precision machined
parts, and comparison of parts with CAD models for confirmation.
Connecting multiple high-resolution cameras to a collaborative
robot can automate the quality inspection process and provide fast
results. Collaborative robots for detection can achieve more
accurate production and sorting. An end effector with a resolution
camera, visual system, and software is required to complete the
inspection.
About the company
Our guide rail has cooperated with many international well-known robot brands, such as ABB KUKA FANUC Yaskawa UR. The companies involved mainly include palletizing, loading and unloading. The load of the guide rail ranges from 500kg to 5000kg. The length of the guide rail is customized according to the needs of customers. We have made a case that an ABB IRB6700 robot corresponds to 20 CNC machines, and a 50m long guide rail completes the reciprocating motion, loading and unloading of the robot. The number of robots is greatly reduced and the integration cost is saved.
Our company also offers industrial robots at very favorable prices
to place orders together at lower prices.
