Product Description

• The substation is designed to be compact and prefabricated, meaning that it can be easily transported and installed in outdoor locations with limited space.
• The substation has three compartments: a high voltage compartment, a transformer compartment, and a low voltage compartment. Each compartment is equipped with specific switchgear and equipment to perform its designated function.
• The high voltage compartment is equipped with gas insulated switchgear, specifically a RMU-ring Main Unit, with a rated voltage of up to 40.5kV. This switchgear is used to control and protect the high voltage power supply.
• The transformer compartment is equipped with a 3 phase oil-immersed power transformer or cast resin dry type transformer, with a rated primary voltage ranging from 6kV to 35kV (max. 40.5kV). The transformer is used to step down the high voltage power supply to a lower voltage suitable for distribution to end users.
• The substation's transformer compartment can accommodate transformers with a capacity of up to 2000kVA. This means that the substation can support a range of power distribution needs, from smaller applications to larger industrial or commercial facilities.
• The low voltage compartment is equipped with standing alone panels, including MCCB panels (Molded Case Circuit Breaker panels), PFI (Power Factor Improvement) panels, and ACB (Air Circuit Breaker) panels. These panels are used to control and distribute the low voltage power supply to end users.
• The low voltage compartment is designed to accommodate a range of different rated voltages, from 380v to 660v. This allows the substation to support a variety of different end users with varying power needs.
