The main stamping power of MF-300 turret punching machine adopts
full electric servo motor which is high-efficiency, energy-saving,
low-noise, high-accuracy, and can realize many processes like
cutting, forming, rolling, lettering and so on.
The punching force is 300KN.The max. sheet size can be 5000x1250mm (with one re-positioning).Five-axis machining
(X, Y, T, C, A),CNCKAD application in Windows system, CAD 2D
graphics programming, Batch drag-and-drop processing of files in
DXF, DWG or IGES format, direct nesting.Servo system consists of
Japan Panasonic AC servo motor and servo amplifier unit.Punching power consists of ESTUN all-electric servo motor.Adopting
O-type steel plate welding frame; linear guide and ball screw from
Germany REXROTH or Taiwan HIWIN.

Feeding System
The big space between guider will benefit with processing accuracy
while fabricate large size sheet, and it has the better balance
capacity while moving in high speed. The auxiliary platform can
move with the sheet, reduce 30% of the friction force between the
plate and brush platform. Line guider and ball screw import from or
German Rexroth, ensure the accuracy and long service life. The
imported pneumatic, and electric parts ensure the overall
performance reliability. Centralized lubricating system, reduce the
friction of all moving parts, prolong the service life of the
machine.
