How to use
1. Weight: According to weight ratio to take rubber base and curing agent. The amount of curing agent will decide pot life longer or shorter, and the final performance of the vulcanizate will also correspondingly change.
2. Mixing: Fully mix two components, pay attention to scratch bottom and wall of container.
3. Deaeration:The mixture together with its container should be placed in vacuum
degassing tank to be degassed in order to guarantee no air bubbles
in the curing rubber. The mixture surface location will rise to 3~4
times higher than original and automatically break bubbles to
collapse.
Please hold vacuum status more 4~6 minutes, then release.
4. Pouring: Pour the mixed rubber by manual or mechanical operation. And it is better to do vacuum degassing again after it.
5. Curing: The curing time is 24hours at 25℃. Additional vulcanization of other 1 hour at 100℃ and 1 hour at 200℃ is needed before use.
