GH1140 Process performance and requirements:

Welding performance

Alloy has good welding process performance, can be used by hand argon arc welding, automatic tungsten argon arc welding, tungsten pulse argon arc welding and spot welding, seam welding, brazing and other methods to connect.


Parts Heat Treatment Process

1. Solid solution treatment is the only way of heat treatment for semi-finished products and parts and assemblies of alloy.
2. The final heat treatment temperature of the part, according to the working conditions of the part selection; When the alloy makes the flame cylinder parts, its solution temperature is 1080℃±10℃;The solution temperature of the afterburner part is 1150℃±10℃.The intermediate heat treatment temperature is 1050℃±10℃, the solution temperature of eliminating welding stress is 940 ℃ or higher.
3. After heat treatment, it can be air-cooled or water-cooled according to the part shape.
4. Plate parts in the solution of the heat preservation time can be selected according to the thickness of 5~20min.


Surface Treatment Technology:

After heat treatment, the surface of the part is oxidized, which is eliminated by blowing sand or pickling. The single pickling process of hydrofluoric acid-nitric acid-water solution was used to remove the oxidized skin by pickling method, and the compound alkali pickling process of sodium hydroxide-sodium nitrate and sulfuric acid-sodium chloride-aqueous solution could also be used.
