Product Uses
Alumina hollow spheres are high temperature resistant thermal
insulation materials, which can be used as raw materials for
manufacturing thermal insulation products or directly used as
thermal insulation layers for high temperature kilns. Alumina
hollow sphere products are made of 70 % alumina hollow sphere and
30 % α-alumina fine powder as raw materials, aluminum sulfate
solution as binder, and the body is made by vibration molding.
After drying, high temperature firing or light firing products are
used according to different conditions. It can be used as high
temperature furnace lining, back socks, furnace tubes, trays, and
protective covers that are in direct contact with the flame.
