Horizontal Impact Crusher Machine is a newly developed series impact crusher with high efficiency. Horizontal Impact Crusher Machine has smart structure and can be applied to primary crushing, secondary and fine crushing of a variety of materials with a compression strength less than 250Mpa. PFQ impact crusher can be widely used for sand and aggregate processing in water conservancy and hydropower projects and other infrastructure constructions, such as highways, high-speed rail, building materials, mining and urban construction waste treatment.

Working Principle

When the Horizontal Impact Crusher Machine works, the motor drives the rotor to rotate of the impact crusher with high speed, on the rotor were installed the hammers. When the materials get into the area which the hammers effect, under the impact function of the hammer at a high speed, the materials are thrown to the impact device above the rotor continuously. And then the materials are rebounded from the impact liner to the area where the hammers effects for being crushed. The materials from large to small all to be crushed at the impact chamber repeatedly. The process won’t stop till the material are crushed to the required size and then discharged from outlet of the impact crusher.

Remark: The production capacity listed in the table is based on limestone with the loose density 1.6/m³. The feed should be moderate. If the feed is too big, it will reduce the capacity and increase the wear.

5. Special hammer fitting structure improves hammers' stability and convenient dismounting, it also greatly improve the work efficiency.

6. The discharging opening size of the machine can be adjusted according to the requirement of product size and particle size distribution.

7. The standard hydraulic lifting device will be provided with the machine. It is optional to supply special lifting tools for replacing hammers, which is flexible and can be easily maintained.
