Principle of structure
How the laboratory crusher works is that through the role of the
eccentric hammer installed in the end of the motor shaft, turning
the rotation of the motor into the high frequency vibration of the
crushing device supported on the six springs, allowing the impact
block in the crushing chamber to produce high-speed impact to crush
the sample. sealed laboratory sample crusher is consisting of
frame, motor, eccentric hammer, top cover and compression device,
and the top cover is fixed with the smashing device consisting of
impact block, impact ring and impact seat, and the compression
device consisting of bracket locking handle, through six
compression springs supported on the bottom. The components of the
crushing device are made of high-quality steel, precision
processing, with excellent wear resistance. In the impact and
