Embossing on the polyester makes the keys tactile with spring and every key can be pressed more than 1 million times. The product are mainly used as control keypad of Karaoke player. Also, keypad of Haiwen can be customized based on customer’s design such as button icons, colors etc. Selecting Autotype F150 matte PET to screen print the overlay appears elegant and colorful. The circuits are made of Acheson ED-820B silver paste, so that it can be low resistance and function well. The rear adhesive is 3M 468.
