The Texas Instruments TPS54334DDAR is a 5 A, 40 V synchronous buck
switching regulator. This regulator is designed to deliver high
efficiency, low noise and fast transient response for powering
small loads from medium and large power supplies. The TPS54334DDAR
is a single-phase, non-synchronous buck switching regulator
featuring a 200 kHz fixed switching frequency and a low quiescent
current of only 70 μA over a wide range of input and output
voltages. This switching regulator features a wide input voltage
range of 4.5 to 40 V, a small footprint of 1.6 mm x 3 mm, and a
variety of output adjustability options. TPS54334DDAR is capable of
driving currents up to 5 A and provides excellent output accuracy
of ±2 % over line and load variations. Its fast transient response,
low power consumption and high switching frequency make it ideal
for a variety of applications such as telecom, automotive, LED
Backlighting and Avionics/Aerospace.
