1. This heating pad is specially used to wrap water tube to avoid
water frozen;

If the thermostat and the USB plug been placed at the same end,
where the power supply is, the end that is inside the bag and is
the least likely to reach frozen temperatures.
Hence the thermostat should be placed at the other end of the tube
that is on the outside, where the water is coming out, is the one
that freezes first.
When test the heating pad, the envioment temperature is equal or
below 5℃.
For example, put the thermostat into the refrigerator.
Becuase when the envioment temperature is above 5℃, you can not
feel heating because the thermostat cut off the power already.
