1. Manual Mechanical Locking System
   Utilizes steel ball locking technology with a manual lever operation, enabling rapid connection between tool and robot sides via manual wrench rotation. Built-in anti-mishandling limiters prevent accidental unlocking, with a maximum locking force of 80 psi (5.5 bar).
2. Multi-Media Integration
   Supports 8 pneumatic channels and 9-pin signal interface (optional QCSM-9R1/G1 signal modules), allowing simultaneous transmission of power and control signals. Compatible with heavy-duty suction cups, hydraulic grippers, welding guns, etc., significantly reducing production line changeover time. Modular design allows future integration of sensors or vision systems.
3. High-Strength Lightweight Design
   Weighing only 0.85kg on the robot side and 0.32kg on the tool side, it employs aerospace-grade aluminum alloy to maintain 23.4 Nm (X/Y) and 31.5 Nm (Z) static load torque while reducing robotic arm load. Anodized surface treatment enhances corrosion resistance by over 3 times.
