Product Introduction
The S-B26A (B) automatic corrugated iron cutting machine is a cutting machine designed for corrugated iron sheet cutting, which can be connected to the automatic iron sheet feeding machine S-B23B for use. The iron sheet is fed into the feeding platform, guided by an elastic roller guide rail (or straight guide rail), and then pushed into the wheel knife by a set of push claws to trim the two sides. The trimmed iron sheet is cut by pushing the two segment push claw into the wave shaped knife set. The upper wave type knife set is guided by a crank shaft to swing up and down. Suitable for cutting straight edges or pre corrugated iron sheets. The design of multiple pressure wheels ensures smooth cutting. Simple and multiple safety designs make maintenance and replacement easy and fast. (S-B26B is equipped with a left and right swing mechanism at the entrance of the wave knife for cutting the wave shaped iron sheet for single die punching machines.).
