- This is a 3.5mm-diameter BF2013 sensor wireless LED industrial endoscope camera module. At its core is the BF2013 CMOS
Color Image Sensor, which boasts 300,000 effective pixels, supports
640×480 VGA resolution output, and delivers a maximum frame rate of
30FPS, ensuring smooth dynamic images without latency. The sensor
measures 1/31 inch in size, with a single pixel dimension of
2.25μm×2.25μm—a design that significantly enhances light
sensitivity. Its optical system offers a 88° wide field of view,
and the precise focusing range of 20–60mm perfectly matches the
maximum imaging circle of 4.8mm, making it ideal for close-range
observation needs. A manual focusing mechanism is adopted to ensure
clear images at various working distances.
The module features an Integrated structural design; its ultra-slim
3.5mm lens is protected by a high-strength Steel Shell, and the
interior integrates 6 0402 micro LED fill lights to provide uniform
illumination in dark environments. Data is transmitted via a DVP
parallel interface, and the module can be flexibly paired with a
development board and connected to a WiFi module, enabling wired
and wireless dual-mode connection that is compatible with multiple
terminal devices such as mobile phones and computers. The entire
manufacturing process utilizes SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and
AA (Active Alignment) process, ensuring the product exhibits
