Notes for operating:

1. Use a special double nozzle (hole) spray gun for two-component water-based spray glue, and remove impurities on the surface of the material;

2. According to specific needs, spray glue evenly on the surface of the material, spray on both sides, and the spray effect should be linear granular. Material A and material B are sprayed from double nozzles.

The muzzle sprays and merges, and it sprays on the surface of the material to cause a catalytic reaction, which can achieve effective bonding in a short time.

3. The spray gun moves steadily, sprays evenly, does not lack glue, does not accumulate glue, and the glue layer should not be too thick or too thin;

4. After spraying, you can spray and stick immediately. The bonding must be completed within 10 minutes after spraying, and reasonable pressure must be applied after bonding (the glue layer is generally about 24 hours

After curing, the tensile force reaches the maximum within 48 hours).

The output ratio of material A to material B is generally (3-5):1 until the viscosity effect required by the operation is achieved.

6. In order to reduce the drying time, adjust the appropriate amount of glue when spraying. Under the premise of satisfying the viscosity, the smaller the amount of glue, the better.
