Main process:

Crushing process: It can be divided into the process of ingredients before crushing and the process of ingredients after crushing.

Ingredients process:

Mixed process:

The mixing process can be divided into two types: batch mixing and continuous mixing. Batch mixing is the process of mixing various mixing components together according to the proportion of the formula, and sending them into a batch mixer that works periodically for batch mixing. This mixing method is more convenient to change the formula, and there is less mutual mixing between each batch. It is currently a commonly used mixing process, with frequent opening and closing operations, so most of them use automatic program control.

Granulation process:

The uniformly quenched and tempered material is first removed from impurities through a safety magnet, and then evenly distributed between the mixing and transverse pressing areas. This way, the material enters the squeezing area from the feeding area and is continuously squeezed and divided by the clamping roller into the mold hole, forming a columnar feed. As the mold rotates, it is cut into granular materials by a cutting knife fixed outside the mold.

Cooling process:

During the granulation process, due to the introduction of high temperature and humidity steam while the material is compressed, a large amount of heat is generated. As a result, when the pellet feed first comes out of the granulation machine, its moisture content reaches 16% -18%, and the temperature reaches 75 ℃ -85 ℃. Under these conditions, the pellet feed is prone to deformation and breakage, and during storage, it may also produce adhesion and mold. It is necessary to reduce its moisture content to below 14%, and the temperature to below 8C higher than the temperature. This requires cooling.

Crushing and screening process:

1. In order to save electricity, increase production, and improve quality during the production process of the particle crusher, the material is often first made into particles of a certain size, and then crushed into qualified products using the crusher according to the particle size used for livestock and poultry feeding.

2. Screening: After the crushing process of granular feed, some materials that do not meet the requirements, such as powder agglomerates, will be produced. Therefore, the crushed granular feed needs to be screened into products with neat and uniform particles.

Packaging process:
