1.Product Introduction

A double girder gantry crane is an overhead crane with a bridge or girder supported by a gantry that moves on ground rails at either end or one end. It can be used for lifting and moving materials in warehouses, freight yards or docks.

The truss type double main girder gantry crane is used in conjunction with CD1 or MD1 electric hoist, and is suitable for fixed spans in dry open-air operations. This machine is forbidden to lift molten metal and flammable and explosive materials. Single-ended overhang cantilever or no cantilever structure.

The working environment temperature of this machine is 35°C to 20°C, and the power supply is three-phase AC 50HZ.380V.

The truss-type double-girder gantry crane is mainly used for bridge construction, and the working speed is slow. It consists of a gantry, a hoist trolley, a trolley running mechanism, a driver's cab and an electrical control system.

The truss type gantry crane is equipped with automatic power traveling and lifting equipment, which can realize all-round mechanized actions, and is mainly used for moving beams in beam yards and erecting dry bridges with low piers. Compared with similar products, it is easy to install, economical and practical, especially suitable for engineering departments that often flow.

The portal frame is a truss structure, which has the advantages of light structure and strong wind resistance. Including the main beam, upper end beam, outriggers, lower end beam, traveling trolley and walking platform railings, etc. The main beam adopts a triangular truss structure, on which a track is laid for the trolley to move laterally along the direction of the main beam. The outriggers come in two forms, box-shaped or steel pipe.

The hoist is arranged on the trolley, which is compact in size and light in weight.

The operation method adopts a closed driver's cab with adjustable seats, the floor is laid with insulating mats, the window glass is made of tempered glass, and items such as heating and cooling air conditioners, sounders, and intercoms can be configured according to user requirements.

There are two forms of power supply: cable drum and high-altitude slide wire.
