Flexible composite pipe for oil transportation
A special composite pipe designed to meet the special requirements
of severe corrosion and aging, frequent perforation, short service
life, high maintenance cost, and high transportation temperature of
oil and gas field pipelines. According to different processing
techniques, it is divided into non bonded flexible composite pipes
and bonded solid wall continuous composite pipes. According to
different transportation temperatures, it can be divided into
normal temperature oil transportation flexible composite pipes
(below 65 ℃), medium temperature oil transportation flexible
composite pipes (below 85 ℃), and high temperature oil
transportation flexible composite pipes (below 110 ℃)
Applicable scope
Mainly used in oil and gas fields, chemical and municipal
pipelines, various gathering and transportation processes and
pipelines (oil, gas, water) in oil and gas fields, salt and
chemical brine transportation, chemical pipelines, and municipal
water supply and drainage.
