Bonded coiled tubing for underground use (injection well tubing)
Bonded continuous tubing for underground use is designed to address
the severe corrosion of oil and water well tubing in oil fields,
and other non-metallic tubing cannot meet the challenges of high
temperature, high pressure, and high axial tension in the
underground.
The bonded continuous tubing used underground has overall
resistance to high internal and external pressure, high temperature
resistance, strong axial tension, strong corrosion resistance, no
scaling, no wax formation, high construction efficiency, and long
service life, which effectively solves the problem of water
injection well strings.
Structure and performance
Inner layer: Molecular materials (PE100, PE-RT (XRT70), PEX (Bridge
S1), UHMW-PE (Yanshan Petrochemical 2.5 million), PA11/12, PVDF
(90165)).
Reinforcement layer: high-strength non-metallic fibers such as
polyester filament, carbon fiber filament, aramid prepreg tape,
glass fiber prepreg tape, etc
Outer layer: PE polymer material
Pipe specification: 1.6 "-3"
Nominal pressure: 2.5MPa-25MPa
Medium temperature: -40 to 90 ℃
