DS-MODEL-405H high-speed eddy current flaw detector is suitable for
online high-speed flaw detection of steel, copper, aluminum,
aluminum-clad steel, copper-clad aluminum, copper-clad steel and
other metal wires and wires, using analog circuit detection to
obtain damage signals, digital circuit analysis, record and print,
using standard damage adjustment can record the number of large,
medium and small three kinds of damage points, which can facilitate
the classification treatment of wire and wire.The high-speed eddy current flaw detector has an independent test channel that can drive a detection probe,
and the detection channel is used for data acquisition to detect
longitudinal cracks and transverse defects in the production of
metal wire, and has high sensitivity to dark holes, porosity
impurities, open cracks and other axial defects.
DS-MODEL-405H high-speed eddy current flaw detector has a test
frequency range of 1Hz-999 KHz, which can adapt to the detection
high-speed requirements of various gold wires, and because the
analog and full digital design speed can reach up to 3200 meters
per minute, different frequencies control different detection
speeds.
