DS-MODEL-5H intelligent digital double-channel eddy current flaw
detector is suitable for online and offline flaw detection of metal
wire, copper wire and aluminum wire, and can also be used for
automatic flaw detection of tube inner wall, drill plate, bearing
ring, hole slab, square billet, round billet and other mechanical
parts. The intelligent digital eddy current fllaw detector has two
channels, which can drive the combined probe composed of absolute
and differential coils, and the detection channel is used for data
acquisition at the same time for detecting metal tubes and rods.
The longitudinal cracks and transverse defects (such as lapels),
dark cracks, open cracks and other defects in the production of
wire rods have high sensitivity. In the process of production,
cracks and road injuries caused by faults can be reliably detected.
The intelligent digital dual-channel eddy current flaw detector
integrates advanced eddy current technology with digital signal
processing (DSP), providing real-time defect detection and precise
