SWT-610 end socket eddy currrent flaw detector is an automatic eddy current testing equipment to test flaw on external surface to end socket of axisymmetric metal parts.
Especially suitable for test on cylinder metal parts.
Features:
Stepping electric machine drives chain to rotate stepping,and go through probe respectively and testing ,after testing ,when it is rotating ,if qualified ,then the machine will accumulate testing samples,if is not qualified, then it will be eliminated by air cylinder. The electric control mode uses the light and electricity switch and control box to realize logical control. By outputting of realizing testing signal to testing main engine and probe.
Main engine and probe use preventive multi-frequency and flat pannel display to predict two modes to realize testing signal output
