The FET-9HS portable flaw detector is a versatile and compact device designed for both online and offline inspection of metal pipes, including steel pipes, aluminum pipes, heat exchanger tubes, and condenser components. The system features a relatively independent testing channel capable of driving a combined probe consisting of absolute and differential coils. This enables simultaneous data acquisition for detecting longitudinal cracks and transverse flaws (e.g., seams) that may occur during the production process. The FET-9HS demonstrates high sensitivity to axial defects such as hidden cracks and open fractures.
