The Pulse battery charger manufactured by our factory is specifically designed for various types of batteries, including lead-acid batteries, maintenance-free batteries, start batteries, start-stop batteries, 12V and 24V batteries, and 12.6V lithium batteries.

This charger utilizes a dedicated intelligent microcomputer chip to control the entire charging process. It employs advanced pulse width modulation technology, resulting in a compact size, safety, and convenience. The charger offers high-efficiency conversion, stable output current, and a large design capacity. It can operate at full load for extended periods, making it a next-generation eco-friendly charger.

The charger incorporates several protective features such as short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, overtemperature protection, and low-voltage protection. It supports various charging states including constant current, constant voltage, floating, trickle, and others. These charging states help improve battery life by reducing the rate of water loss and eliminating issues like battery heating and overcharging.

Smart mode:

When the user uses it for the first time, make sure that the switch is adjusted to the smart gear for charging. Repair Mode:

Function:



Lithium battery: This charger is specifically designed for charging three strings of 12.6V lithium batteries. The charger is set to cater to the charging needs of these specific lithium batteries. The full charge voltage for a 12V lithium battery is 12.6V. It is important to note that charging lithium batteries or faulty batteries with different specifications is prohibited to ensure safe and proper charging.


Ordinary battery: The charger has a charging mode for ordinary batteries, which supports both 12V and 24V batteries. When the charger is set to the ordinary battery intelligent charging mode, it can charge 12V and 24V batteries. For a 12V battery, the full voltage during charging is set at 14.2V±0.2V. Similarly, for a 24V battery, the full voltage value for charging is 29.2V±0.4V.


Start-stop battery: The charger also has a specific charging mode for start-stop batteries, which also supports both 12V and 24V batteries. When the charger is set to the start-stop battery intelligent charging mode, it can charge 12V and 24V batteries. The full charge voltage for a 12V start-stop battery is set at 14.6V±0.2V. Similarly, for a 24V start-stop battery, the full voltage value for charging is 29.2V±0.4V.


Model 618D can charge 12.6V lithium batteries.

Model 619K can charge and start and stop batteries.


Attention:



1.Proper cooling fan operation: It is crucial to ensure that the cooling fan of the charger is functioning properly while charging the battery. The cooling fan helps dissipate heat generated during the charging process, preventing overheating and ensuring the charger's optimal performance.

2.Prohibited modes during lithium battery charging: To prevent damage to the lithium battery with different voltage values, it is important to avoid using other charging modes intended for different battery types. For a 12V lithium battery, the full charge voltage should be around 12.6V±0.2V, while a 24V lithium battery requires a full charge voltage of approximately 25.2V±0.2V.

3.Voltage identification display range: The charger has a voltage identification display range to indicate the voltage of the battery being charged. In the 12V mode, the charger can identify and display voltages within the range of 10V-15V, while in the 24V mode, it can identify and display voltages within the range of 20V-29V.

4.Manual monitoring for certain batteries: It is recommended to manually monitor the first charge of a leakage battery and batteries below 20AH. During this initial charging process, it is important to visually inspect the battery's appearance and the battery liquid to avoid overcharging and deformation of the drum. This manual monitoring helps ensure the battery's safety and integrity during charging.

1. It is strictly prohibited to use in damp,high temperature,flammable,explosive objects gas environments.

2. It is strictly prohibited to use this machine in a state where the cooling air hole of the machine is blocked or the fan is damaged and stopped.

3. It is strictly prohibited to charge scrapped,non lead-acid batteries,or batteries without voltage! Do not charge non chargeable batteries! Do not approach open flames while charging! There is high voltage inside the machine and unauthorized disassembly is strictly prohibited.

4. For indoor use, beware of rain. During the charging process,someone must take care of the charger, and it is strictly prohibited to cover it. It must be placed in a well ventilated area for use. It is strictly prohibited to charged in or on a vehicle,and be cautious of flames,sparks,and explosive gases to avoid causing a fire.

FAQ:



Q: Why is the current getting smaller and smaller?The current is not 30A.

A: Charging principle: pulse. Pulse can protect the battery and prolong its service life.

The difference is that the pulse charger can keep the charging process dynamic, balance the charging and discharging process, reduce the water loss during the charging process, and prevent the problem of sulfation, so that the battery capacity can be restored and the battery life will be increased.

Pulse is not a constant voltage and current. It will match the charging voltage and current according to the battery status. The charging current will become smaller and smaller as the battery power increases.

The pulse is designed to better protect the battery from being injured due to overcharge.

Not all batteries can reach the peak current. If the battery capacity is large and the power loss is severe, the current will be higher.


Q: Are 12V/24V and lithium battery automatically compatible?

A: 1. Manual selection is required; 2. 12V/24V self-defined identification, lead-acid battery, water battery, dry battery. 3. Lithium battery: 12V, lithium iron phosphate battery cannot be charged (it depends on whether the charger supports 12.6V lithium battery)
