Function:



Lithium battery: This charger is specifically designed for charging three strings of 12.6V lithium batteries. The charger is set to cater to the charging needs of these specific lithium batteries. The full charge voltage for a 12V lithium battery is 12.6V. It is important to note that charging lithium batteries or faulty batteries with different specifications is prohibited to ensure safe and proper charging.

Ordinary battery: The charger has a charging mode for ordinary batteries, which supports both 12V and 24V batteries. When the charger is set to the ordinary battery intelligent charging mode, it can charge 12V and 24V batteries. For a 12V battery, the full voltage during charging is set at 14.2V±0.2V. Similarly, for a 24V battery, the full voltage value for charging is 29.2V±0.4V.

Start-stop battery: The charger also has a specific charging mode for start-stop batteries, which also supports both 12V and 24V batteries. When the charger is set to the start-stop battery intelligent charging mode, it can charge 12V and 24V batteries. The full charge voltage for a 12V start-stop battery is set at 14.6V±0.2V. Similarly, for a 24V start-stop battery, the full voltage value for charging is 29.2V±0.4V.

Trouble Shooting:



It is shown full when charger to the battery charging time of few minutes

1. Check if the charger is observing the wind due to over current protection or low voltage protection(mismatch voltage). Or whether the fan is working.

2. Indicate that the battery has no capacity or is fully charged(it is recommended to discharge the battery before testing.) Or replace the battery test with another lack of power.

3. Check whether the charger output clip is in good contact with the battery output column.


The battery housing heats up when charging the battery or the charger does not show fully for a long time

1. Check whether the battery has a short circuit phenomenon,resulting in the charging voltage can not reach the rated voltage of the charger for a longtime.

2. Whether the battery already has leakage≥0.3 current.

3. Battery process, unqualified. It is recommended to replace the genuine battery.

4. Replace the good battery test.


Charger charged at normal connection time, buzzer alarm or not working at all

1. Check if the battery is badly powered,causes the charger to be protected against low voltage.

2. The battery is shelved for a longtime or the battery is seriously short-circuited.

3. Whether there is still a beep alarm in the load state when connect the power supply.

Q: Why is the current getting smaller and smaller?The current is not 30A.

The difference is that the pulse charger can keep the charging process dynamic, balance the charging and discharging process, reduce the water loss during the charging process, and prevent the problem of sulfation, so that the battery capacity can be restored and the battery life will be increased.

Pulse is not a constant voltage and current. It will match the charging voltage and current according to the battery status. The charging current will become smaller and smaller as the battery power increases.

The pulse is designed to better protect the battery from being injured due to overcharge.

Not all batteries can reach the peak current. If the battery capacity is large and the power loss is severe, the current will be higher.


Q: Are 12V/24V and lithium battery automatically compatible?

A: 1. Manual selection is required; 2. 12V/24V self-defined identification, lead-acid battery, water battery, dry battery. 3. Lithium battery: 12V, lithium iron phosphate battery cannot be charged (it depends on whether the charger supports 12.6V lithium battery)
