Product Description:
Aluminum guide roller is a guide roller made from high-quality aluminum alloy tubes, which have been precision machined to achieve excellent results. The guide roller has a number of advantages such as a high unit strength, low weight, and an attractive and rust-proof surface finish.
Due to its versatility, the aluminum guide roller is used in a broad range of industries such as embossing and printing, coating, coiling, plastic, paper making, textiles, laminating, slitting,electronic battery, and most relevantly, packaging production lines.
Features:
White anodized surface is mostly used in low tension film industry, where the hardness reaches HV300.
Brown hard anodized surface treatment has a hardness of HV500-700, as well as an oxide film thickness of more than 0.1mm. It has high hardness and wear resistance which make it suitable for a wide range of high tension and thicker materials, hence increasing the service life of aluminum rollers.
Stretch rollers are used to process products such as paper, film, textiles, metal foil and so on. The substrate will not wrinkle during operation, instead being stretched and straightened. It is quite suitable for PE and PVC substrates.
In order to obtain a rougher surface, the aluminum roller will be sandblasted or shot blasted, called a matte roller, which can increase friction. It is usually used in the film manufacturing industry.
Hard chromium plating can be done on the surface of guide roller. This would result in the roller having greater hardness as well as increased corrosion resistance. It has an even lower surface roughness, as low as Ra0.01(super mirror). Instead of the traditional chrome-plated steel roller, the light chrome-plated aluminum roller is suitable for higher speed machines.
Mirror aluminum roller has a smooth surface, low resistance, and is ideal for precision materials such as PET and PE. It has an advantage of low surface roughness and low friction during unwinding and unreeling of the film.
