4.Ways to avoid concrete pump pipe plugging
1.After replacing the new pipe, in order to avoid pipe blockage, the pressure of the pump pipe can be increased by 2-3MPa; after delivering 3000-4000CBM, the pressure will return to normal.
2.When transporting gravel, do not discharge the material in the first 3000 square meters, so that the material in the tube does not exceed 40%.
3.During the waiting period, pump the empty pump several times to effectively avoid pipe blockage.
4.After the work is completed, all the concrete in the pipeline should be output, and then the pipeline should be flushed to avoid blockage.
