The HF-800-4 is a 4-channel hot air cold staking controller capable
of simultaneous riveting of 4 rivet points. It features a
programmable memory with the capacity to store five sets of
programs, facilitating seamless program switching for different
riveting products without the need for parameter reconfiguration.
These characteristics make it highly suitable for multi-point and
multi-product riveting applications.
The controller utilizes the hot air cold staking process, utilizing
both hot air rivet guns and cold air staking guns. By heating and
softening the plastic rivets of the components, followed by rapid
cooling and shaping, it achieves a robust riveted connection
between the components. This assembly process contributes to cost
savings by reducing the use of consumables such as adhesives and
screws, promoting environmental sustainability and enabling
lightweight product design.
Equipped with an Ethernet communication interface, the controller
allows for convenient parameter configuration and retrieval.
Additionally, it incorporates password protection functionality in
the parameter settings to prevent unintended operations. The

Hot Air Cold Staking Process
1. Component assembly: Install the target components for assembly and position the hot air nozzle onto the plastic rivet. | |
2.Heat treatment: Apply hot air using the nozzle to uniformly heat the entire plastic rivet. | |
3. Softening and conditioning: Allow the plastic rivet to soften and reach a malleable state suitable for shaping. | |
4. Cold air forming: Replace the hot air nozzle with a cold air staking head and apply downward pressure while simultaneously blowing cold air. | |
5.Shaping completion: Once the cold air staking process is finished, the formed plastic rivet can be obtained. |
