(1) The XYZ-direction of this machine can be freely programmed to
meet the requirements of riveting points, making it highly suitable
for multi-point or multi-product riveting. Additionally, it
utilizes pulse heat riveting method and incorporates PLC+HMI
control technology, providing flexible operation, high work
efficiency, and reliable riveting results.
(2) The controller of this machine employs advanced PID closed-loop
control algorithm technology and is equipped with RS-485/Ethernet
communication interface. It also features password protection for
parameter settings, enabling fast heating and cooling, real-time
feedback of heating curves, convenient configuration and retrieval
of riveting parameters, and effective prevention of unauthorized
parameter modifications.
(3) This machine is commonly used for various applications in
automotive manufacturing, including plastic hot riveting for
automotive motors, PCB hot riveting for automotive motors, hot
