HN-1000-4 4-channel pulse thermal riveting controller is a dedicated solution for thermal riveting applications, utilizing pulse heating technology and a PID closed-loop control algorithm. It enables rapid heating and cooling cycles, delivering precise and controllable energy pulses to the riveting area. This allows for the controlled melting and deformation of plastic components through heating and pressurization of the rivet point. Subsequently, the rivet head cools and solidifies, resulting in a strong and reliable joint. The localized instantaneous heating method effectively manages the impact on surrounding components, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and reliability throughout the riveting process. Consequently, it finds extensive application in industries such as electronics, automotive, medical equipment, and consumer goods manufacturing.

HN-1000-4 features the capability to control 4 independent thermal riveting heads, enabling simultaneous or individual operation to enhance riveting efficiency. It also offers programmable memory with support for storing five sets of programs, each containing three parameter groups. Each group allows for four temperature settings.
