Forklift battery precautions:
1)The positive and negative poles need to be prevented from
short-circuiting during installation;
2)To charge, you must use the matching special charger, or replace the charger under the guidance of our professionals.
3)When the battery system is not in use for a long time (more than 1 hour), the power switch needs to be turned off. After the power is left unused for more than 1 hour, the battery will automatically enter the dormant state, and the system needs to be turned off and wake up again;
4)After the battery enters the dormant state, there is still a small current flowing through the system. Therefore, when the battery is left for a long time (3 months or more), it is necessary to turn off the power and ensure that the battery power is above 40% SOC. Charge and discharge once every three months Maintenance, that is, charge the battery to 50% after it is discharged. Otherwise, the entire battery pack may be over-discharged, and the failure of the entire battery pack caused by this is not covered by the warranty.
