Working principle: Wet raw material is transported into the dryer
by belt conveyor or bucket elevator, because the cylinder is in
inclined state for slow rotary movement, so the material in the
axial direction from high to low-end movement, in the process of
movement, the lifting plate continuously raises, scatters and moves
down the material in the cylinder, thus making the material and the
high-temperature flue gas carry on the full heat exchange until the
drying reaches the specified requirements, the dried material is
discharged from the output by discharging device. The waste gas
from the dryer end will be discharged by cyclone.
GHG drum rotary dryer is combined with heating furnace, input port,
rotating cylinder, delivery pipe, dust collector and output port.
Wet materials are continuously sent to the drying cylinder by a
conveyor. Heat air full contact with the material sucked by fan
blower installed in the end of dryer. Being transported and
scattered by the high-speed hot air, water in the raw material is
evaporated and discharged by cyclone. The material gets fully dried
in the rotating cylinder.
The dryer is provided with a circumferential lifting plate
combination device at various angles inside the cylinder body,
which can greatly increase the heat exchange rate and shorten the
drying time, can be widely used in river sand, slime, bauxite,
clay, slag, fly ash and other materials drying. GHG dryer is widely
used in industries like biomass fuel, wood pellet fuel, sawdust
briquette, farming etc. The applicable materials are wood powder,
wood shavings, sawdust, wood chips, straws, grass, etc.
The drying body of industrial rotary dryer is composed of cylinder
body, ring gear and rolling ring. The drying body is on the tug
rolling device and block rolling device supported by front and back
rolling ring. It can control axial direction traversing of drying
body by adjusting tug rolling device and block rolling device. The
driving device drives drying body rotating through the ring gear.
Electric motor (frequent) as the power can achieve stepless speed
adjusting and meet the demand of different rotating speed.
