Agricultural chemicals mainly include fertilizers and pesticides.
Fertilizers encompass foliar fertilizers, bacterial fertilizers,
microbial fertilizers, etc., while pesticides include insecticides
(such as imidacloprid, abamectin, etc.), fungicides (like
carbendazim and propiconazole, etc.), herbicides (like glyphosate,
etc.). These substances can change with temperature and altitude,
such as through fermentation or volatilization. When altitude or
temperature changes occur, if suitable breathable products are not
used, agricultural containers exposed to these environments may
experience dents, swelling, or leakage. Trays may become dented.
Labels may be damaged, leading to crucial safety information
becoming unrecognizable. Consumers might come into contact with
leaked chemicals, while agricultural packaging manufacturers could
suffer from reduced production efficiency and customer
dissatisfaction, resulting in decreased profits.
On the other hand, the contents of agricultural chemicals are
complex; some water-based solutions contain certain chemicals that,
when in extensive contact with the breathable membrane, can cause
the membrane to lose some of its breathability. Some liquids are
more viscous and, when adsorbed onto the breathable membrane for
extended periods, can reduce or eliminate breathability. This
necessitates that breathable products must not only be waterproof
but also oil-resistant. Generally, breathable plugs or aluminum
foil breathable gaskets are used.

Operation Guide
- The sealing performance of the product depends on the material
composition and structural design between the housing and the
breathable plug, paying attention to the size fit between the
breathable plug and the cap.
- It is recommended to install on a housing made of PP or PE
material.
- Improper handling can cause damage to the breathable membrane.
Please avoid direct contact or pressure on the membrane, prevent
the membrane from touching hard objects, and avoid placing it on
high-temperature surfaces.
Generally, there won't be any fluid leakage after using the
breathable gasket. The main causes of fluid leakage are:
- Fluid inside the bottle is inverted or turned sideways for a long
time, causing non-breathability and subsequent leakage.
- No holes are punched on the outer cap, leading to fluid leakage
when gas breaks through the breathable membrane.
- The surface tension of the liquid is too low, resulting in leakage.
