The inner layer is lined with high-purity 95% alumina ceramic and the outer layer is a weather-resistant rubber composite layer. Production process
Ceramic lining molding:
High-purity alumina powder is isostatically pressed (maximum
pressure 200MPa) and fired in a high-temperature sintering kiln at
1650℃ to form a seamless ceramic tube with a density ≥3.85g/cm³.
Preparation of rubber composite layer:
After the customized formula rubber is mixed, the ceramic layer is
coated by CNC winding/molding process to form a 3-5mm elastic
buffer layer, which fits evenly without gaps.
Overall vulcanization process:
Continuously pressurize in a 180℃ intelligent vulcanization tank
for 4 hours to ensure that the interface bonding strength between
ceramic and rubber meets the standard and achieve "rigidity and
flexibility".
Full process quality inspection:
Hydraulic pressure test (1.5 times the working pressure), wear
resistance test (ASTM G65 standard), airtightness test (helium mass
spectrometry leak detection), and 100% of unqualified products are
eliminated.
Production equipment

ceramic lining.
Tunnel-type ceramic sintering kiln: temperature control accuracy ±2℃ to ensure stable performance of
