Application
Mainly used for quenching of high-speed steel, tool and die steel,
stainless steel; solution treatment of stainless steel and titanium
alloy; magnetic vacuum heat treatment, high temperature brazing and
vacuum sintering of flexible materials, and low temperature
tempering can be performed by adding a convection fan.
Structure Features
The heating chamber adopts stainless steel skeleton and new carbon
felt composite material, which has less deformation, is resistant
to high temperature and high pressure flow erosion, with a long
service life and easy maintenance. Using graphite tube heater, it’s
with easy installation and maintenance, low failure rate. The air
cooling adopts the jet cooling method, and the graphite nozzles are
evenly distributed around the circumference to make the
high-pressure airflow more reasonable (the air volume of some main
air ducts can be adjusted, and the customer can control the air
volume of some main air ducts according to the characteristics of
the workpiece), which can effectively control workpiece
deformation. High-speed, high-pressure and large-flow fans,
copper-copper high-efficiency circular heat exchangers, to achieve
high-speed cooling. The fan can adopt variable frequency
speed regulation to control the air cooling speed. The heating
chamber can also adopt an all-metal structure to meet the solution
treatment requirements of titanium alloys and precision alloys. The
electronic control system adopts PLC and programmable temperature
controller to realize three control modes of automatic,
semi-automatic and manual, and the operation is flexible.
