The oscillating mode rotary voice coil motor is a special motor

An oscillating mode voice coil motor typically consists of a coil
and a permanent magnet, where the coil is energized to create a

permanent magnet to create a torque that rotates the motor. Unlike
conventional rotary motors, oscillating voice coil motors are
