The self-aligning roller bearing inner ring has two arc raceways,the outer ring raceway is spherical .Because the center of bearing and outer circle center of curvature coincide,it has self-regulating heart function .The allowed center angle is generally 1°～ 2.5°,particularly is especially suitable for the situation that the rotating shaft may appear the inclination and the flexible deformation. At the same time can withstand axial load in any direction .But can not bear pure axial load.The roller busbar of self-aligning roller bearing and the contact line of raceway is longer, so the friction torque is relative large,the ultimate speed is also lower than that of cylindrical roller bearings.

The bearing structure has two main forms : CC type ---adopt steel plate stamping cage, no flange on inner ring,there is a movable stop ring;

CA type --- general use of brass solid cage .

It is mainly used for the situation that the working load is big and the rotating shaft may appear blending or deflection .
