1.Product Description of Polymer Station Post Insulators
The composite insulator product consists of three parts: glass
fiber epoxy resin pull rod, silicone rubber umbrella skirt, and
hardware. The silicone rubber umbrella skirt adopts an integral
injection pressure process, thereby solving the key problem of
interface electrical breakdown that affects the reliability of
composite insulators. The connection between the glass pulling rod
and the metal fittings adopts the most advanced crimping process,
equipped with a fully automatic acoustic flaw detection system,
which has high strength, beautiful appearance, small volume, light
weight, galvanized metal fittings can prevent rust and corrosion,
and can be interchanged with porcelain insulators. The structure is
reliable, does not damage the core rod, and can fully exert its
mechanical strength.
