1. The Characteristics of 25kV PTFE Coated Railway Composite Insulator
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE, Teflon) is made of 100% pure
polytetrafluoroethylene (or polytetrafluoroethylene as the matrix
filling or coating other special performance materials), which has
excellent chemical stability: high and low temperature resistance,
chemical corrosion resistance, high lubrication and non adhesion
performance, electrical insulation performance, anti-aging
performance, and extremely low friction coefficient. It has been
widely used as a sealing material in various media environments in
various industries.
Polytetrafluoroethylene insulator products have the advantages of
good surface smoothness, excellent insulation performance, and high
electrical breakdown strength. And it is resistant to chemical
corrosion, has dielectric properties, weather resistance, non
flammable and non sticky, low friction coefficient, and can
withstand high temperatures (-180 ℃~260 ℃).
