The molding part of the injection mold is generally composed of a
cavity, a core, and an insert, which is used to shape the inner and
outer surfaces of plastic products. In general, the outer surface
of the plastic product is formed by the cavity, and the inner
surface of the plastic product is formed by the core:
1. Cavity structure design. The cavity is used to form the outer surface of the plastic part,
and the cavity can be divided into integral type, integral embedded
type and partial embedded type (combined type) according to
