Packing and Shipping:

21700 batteries must be packaged with extreme care. Each battery must be individually wrapped in an insulated material designed to prevent shorts. The entire package must be placed in a static-resistant bag or box before being shipped. Batteries must never be shipped in bulk or loose without proper packaging.

Batteries should always be shipped via a tracked courier such as FedEx or UPS. The courier should be notified of the battery shipment and the package must be labeled as containing hazardous materials.
