Prepainted galvanized steel coil is a galvanized steel substrate that has had paint applied to both sides through a continuous paint coating line (CCL) where in the surface of the metal is cleaned, pre-treated and applied with various layers of organic coatings, which produces a uniform paint finish. The metal is unwound, cleaned and chemically treated during the process. Depending on product specifications, one or both sides may then be primed and coated, oven cured and rewound.It is also named color coated steel coil or PPGI, with a hot dip zinc coated steel sheet substrate.
Prepainted galvanized steel coil is made by processing the chemistry treatment (degrease, phosphorus and chromium hydrochloric acid passivation) on the surface of hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet, or zinc coated steel sheet, then drawing (the roller scribbles) the coating and baking.

Primer coating:

-Using highly corrosion resistant Polyurethane(Also called PU),film thickness:5μm.

Top coating:

Top coating color & gloss:

-Color could be customized;

-Top coating gloss is typically 25%,35%,65% or 75%(60° reflection angle,according to ASTM D523)

Back primer coating:

-Using highly corrosion resistant Polyurethane(Also called PU),film thickness:2μm.

Back coating:

-Using good corrosion resistant epoxy resin coating,polyester resin coating,film thickness:7-10μm.

Back coating color & gloss:

-Back coating color is usually using beige,grey or white grey color.Back coating gloss is typically 25% and 65%(60° reflection angle,according to ASTM D523).
