Single layer foil winding machine
Purpose:
Used for winding foil coils of dry type transformers, oil immersed transformers, reactors, amorphous transformers, etc.

Equipment Introduction:
DHR-6-630 amorphous three-dimensional coil core high and low voltage integrated machine is a special high and low voltage integrated winding equipment developed by our company with the support of Shanghai Xinxin Company, targeting the characteristics of amorphous three-dimensional coil cores. This equipment has the functions of low-voltage foil winding and high-voltage intelligent fully automatic winding. This device was successfully trial produced in early 2019 and has made breakthrough innovations in non-contact core winding, fast core clamping and positioning. Currently, it has applied for more than ten patents, including four invention patents. This equipment utilizes over 20 sets of servo systems and a large number of intelligent sensors to perform automated operations, effectively reducing personnel labor intensity, improving safety and production efficiency. It is currently the most advanced amorphous three-dimensional coil core transformer winding equipment in China.
