Technical characteristics

The TYT series horizontal vacuum annealing furnace has two types of furnace liners: graphite furnace liner and metal furnace liner. The heating element of the graphite furnace liner is graphite rod, and the insulation screen is made of multi-layer carbon felt and ceramic felt; The heating body of the metal furnace liner is made of metal molybdenum, and the insulation screen is made of metal molybdenum and stainless steel, mainly suitable for special materials such as titanium alloy and soft magnetic alloy. The electrical system has a high degree of automation, stability and reliability, and can operate independently except for loading and discharging.
