REXON Fully Automatic Transformer Oil Purifier Machine ZYD-100 can quickly remove water, trace water, gas, particles as well as acetylene, hydrogen, methane and other harmful ingredients from insulating oil effectively to improve oil's dielectric strength to be above 75~80KV. It is suitable for on-site transformer oil purification and oil maintenance for different places.
Our REXON transformer oil purifiers can be customised to be equipped with nitrogen gas tanks. This is a common requirement during transformer oil filtration and maintenance. For example, when a transformer is left uncovered or undergoing maintenance for extended periods, when the oil has been drained or the oil level is low, the insulation materials (cardboard, windings) within the transformer are highly susceptible to moisture absorption. Dry nitrogen is then injected into the transformer to create an inert atmosphere, preventing the ingress of moisture and oxygen from the air. Furthermore, nitrogen isolates the oxygen from the air, reducing ageing and acidification of the insulating oil.

6. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, and pressure protective
system to ensure machine operation is easy and safe.
7. Adopt an interlocked protective system, which connects the oil
pump, heater, and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating,
blank pumping, oil leaks, and electricity leaks. If there is any
fault, the machine will be powered off automatically.
8. Functions of live line work onsite, vacuum drying, and vacuum
oil filling.
9. Designed for processing oil in workshops, storage tanks, or directly in transformers (energized and de-energized transformers both).

4. Automatically shut down when encountering a fault and display
the fault code.
4. Set the runtime and shut down automatically.
5. Displays real-time moisture ppm content when equipped with an
oil moisture PPM sensor, and can automatically shut down after
reaching the moisture content set.
6. When the device is equipped with the flow frequency conversion
function, the running flow of the device can be input and set on
the screen as needed.
