The hydro-electric pressure switch type HED 8 This type of pressure switch is a piston type switch. It is mainly composed of a housing, a piston with an installation kit, a compression spring, an adjustable element and a micro switch. How it works When the pressure to be monitored is lower than the set pressure, the micro switch will be operated. The pressure to be monitored is delivered to the piston through the nozzles and the movable piston is supported by the spring plate. As the force of the compression spring can be continuously adjusted, the spring plate can convert the piston movement into the activation of the micro switch, which results in a switch on or off contingent on the type of circuit set-up. To protect the micro switch from sudden pressure drop or overpressure, the mechanical positive stop of the spring plate is also used. Note In order to expand its service life, this pressure switch should be set up with low vibration and be protected from hydraulic pressure surges.Features:
When it comes to mounting or installing pipelines, the ZD cellular automation valve offers versatile solutions. It can be used for flange connection according to ISO 16873 as well as vertical stacking element in connection with sandwich plates according to ISO 4401. Additionally, it is available in five pressure ratings and four adjustment types, namely: spindle with/without protective cap, spindle with scale, with/without protective cap, rotary knob with scale and lockable rotary knob with scale.
Not only that, it provides electrical connection with large cubic connector or M12 x 1 connector. You can even access a potential-free switching of currents from 1 mA to 2 A with its micro switch with NC/NO contact operaion. Last but not least, ZD cellular automation valve has been awarded UL approval for pressure ranges up to 350 bar.
