condensable inorganics. Additionally, the cassette is designed with
both horizontal and vertical robotic pickup flanges for convenient
handling.
Capable of holding up to 25 wafers each, our carriers are
specifically recommended for upright transport and shipping of
whole wafers. They consist of a base, a wafer carrying tray, and a
lid (all visible in the images below). The lid is designed with
grooves to immobilize the wafers during transport, providing
