Introduction of diffrential pressure transmitter:
BP93420DIII differential pressure transmitter employs a
piezoresistive silicon sensor.Differential Pressure (DP) transmitters measure the difference
between two pressures. They use a reference point called the
low-side pressure and compare it to the high-side pressure. Ports
in the instrument are marked high-side and low-side. The transmitter is ideal for conducting differential pressure
measurements in diverse gas and liquid applications, particularly
in industries like petroleum, chemical for pipeline installations.

Applications:
Applied pressure readings are acquired by the diaphragms, which
register pressure as surface deformation and translate that value
into an electronic signal. This signal is transferred to the
differential pressure module, which compares the two values and
expresses the pressure difference as a value of pounds per square
inch (psi), bar, or kilopascals (kPa). These diaphragms are
all-welded to maintain the container integrity in vacuum conditions
applications,.

Ordering tips:
1. When selecting the product, please ensure that the medium to be
measured is compatible with the contact parts of the product.
2. When placing an order, please note that explosion-proof type
products do not include digital display heads.
3. When ordering transmitters with an LCD or LED display head, the
power supply for the transmitter should not be lower than 20VDC.
4. To ensure reliable operation of the product, it is recommended
that users install lightning protection devices on-site and ensure
that the product and power supply are reliably grounded.
5. The rated working temperature range of the Fluoro rubber O-ring
is -20℃ to 250℃. When the product's operating temperature is below
-20℃, it is necessary to choose an EPDM O-ring seal.
6. The default cable length is 1.5m, available in three materials.
If not specified, it will be supplied with polyethylene cable
material. If you require a different cable material, please specify
it in the order.
7. For special requirements such as strong vibration, instantaneous
impact force, strong electromagnetic or radio frequency
interference, please inform our company and specify them in the
order
